ALL PERTH-ANDOVER MARINA MEMBERS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
1. Members MUST be familiar with and follow the “Canadian Coast Guard Safe Boating Guide” in and around the marina.
2. Dock Obstructions: No obstruction of any kind, especially garbage, tools, lines, gear, water hoses, etc. shall be left on or across docks or walkways.
3. All boats are to be secured in their space in an acceptable manner.
4. The Village of Southern Victoria reserves the right to make available space to rent to visitors in the absence of your boat in the water.
5. Members are responsible for the removal of their own garbage, etc. from the dock and placing it into garbage cans on land.
6. When entering or exiting the walkway please double check that the gate closed behind you. It is a self-closing and locking gate, however, we ask everyone to always double-check.
7. There will be no dumping of any substance into the water in or around the marina.
8. All activities at the marina must be conducted in an orderly manner.
9. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests, pets, and children. While on the docks, young children must wear a PSA-approved PFD and be accompanied by an adult at all times.
10. Swimming, diving, and fishing are not permitted within the marina gate.
11. Gate access will be given in the form of a gate lock code. Members are not permitted to share the code with anyone.
12. All members will receive a key to the washroom facility for after-hour use.
13. No member shall “loan” or sublet their space. If a member does not require the use of dock space, the allocation of the spare will be at the discretion of the Village of Southern Victoria. No boat will reside at the Marina unless it is registered as a visitor with the Village of Southern Victoria or a Marina member.
14. No open fuel containers are allowed on the dock system or in and around the marina. All fuel containers must be CSA/UL approved with proper closures for the pour and air holes.
15. All pets must be brought onto the docks by leash or cage to their owner’s boat. Pets must be in a secured area where they cannot gain access to the docks.
16. Members are not permitted to secure anything to the dock or screw it into the plastic docking system.
17. It is the responsibility of each member to have an approved marine power cord or cords long enough to reach electrical pedestals on the dock. A member does not have the authority to move his/her boat or the pedestal for convenience.
18. A docking space is NOT automatically guaranteed to the buyer for the following season.
You can house your boat at our beautiful new marina all season long. 8 of our 12 marina slips have access to water and electrical outlets. Pricing on the slips are $175 + HST per season.
