Residential Development
The Village of Southern Victoria is currently accepting proposals for the development of vacant lots in two locations:
Flat Iron Subdivision - development will be for vacant land between McLaughlin St (behind the existing homes) and the NB Trail. The municipality will install the roadway and utilities to these properties. Acceptable housing development will include single home units.
Perth-Andover Trailer Park - development will be for the vacant properties in the trailer park. Acceptable housing will include small single units, tiny homes or multiple unit housing.
The development for these areas should be small residential single or multi unit homes. Industrial Park Development
The Village of Southern Victoria is currently accepting proposals on development for the vacant land in the Municipal Industrial Park. The municipality is keen to bring new business and industry to our community and welcome a conversation with industry looking to build or expand.
