Cultural Waterfront Walkway

The Cultural Waterfront Walkway is a self-guided walking tour to plaques located along both sides of the river on the Walkway. They pay tribute to peoples and topics ranging from  settlement in the area ( Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet), English, Irish and Scottish), to well known local residents, and from major local events to historical buildings in the community. Photos are accompanied by information in both English and French.  This walking tour provides interesting glimpses into the rich history of the area while enjoying a walk in nature along the beautiful St. John river, that flows through our community.
